� <br />TONY LEE <br />APRIL 10, 2002 <br />PAGE2 <br />� <br />5. All electrical outlets in Welding #307 and Auto Repair #305 are to be instalbsd 48" above the <br />floor. This is shoKn on the electrical drawings on Sheet E3.3, Vehicle Maintenance Building — <br />Power Plan, Drawing Note #2. <br />6. The toilet room Floor has sheet vinyl with a coved base extended 5" above the floor. The walls <br />are plaslic laminate. These are shown on Sheet A2.5, Vehicle Maintenance Buildi�g Floor <br />Plans, in the Room Material Schedule. <br />Construction: <br />1. We have added the 30" minimum parapet on the noAh wall of the building. This note has been <br />added to Sheet A2.2, Maintenance Operation Building, Vehicle Maintenance Building Roof <br />Plans. <br />2. The canopy will be removed 73'-6" back from the north end of ihe building. This is shown on <br />Sheet A2.2, Maintenance Operation Building, Vehicle Maintenance Building Roof Plans. The <br />canopy is only a"canopy' hung from the side of the building and is nol a covered work or <br />storage area. See attached letter from the Everett School District. <br />3. We have added the listings for the assemblies on Sheet A1.2, Overall Floor Plan Code Review. <br />4. The mechanical drawings did show fire/smoke dampers in all of the required localions; but now <br />that we are not having a rated roof/ceiling assembly, we will delete them. <br />5. The hot work areas are indicated on Sheet A2.5, Vehicle Maintenance Building Floor Plan. We <br />have added 1l2" cement board over 5l8" GW B in the welding/hot work areas. <br />�. This should not be an issue now as the fire sprinkler option was taken. <br />/. We have made a change to have the maximum rail spacing at 12" o.c., not the 4" o.c. oripinally <br />shown on the drawings. <br />8. The roofing is Class 'A'. We have added this note on Sheet A1.2, Overall Floor Plan Code <br />Review. <br />Exitin : <br />1. We have changed Door 305C to the swing in the direction of travel. We show this change on <br />Sheet A2.5, Vehicle Maintenance Building Floor Plan. <br />2. These are shown on Sheet E2.3, Vehicle Maintenance Building — Lighting Plan. We have now <br />added these on Sheet A6.2, Reflected Ceiling Plan. <br />3. The treads have been increased l0 11" minimum as required. See Detail 22, Sheet A3.9, <br />Vehicle Maintenance Building Wall and Room Sections. <br />4. A sign will be posted at Mezzanine 372 to indicate lhat this area is not to be used for storage. <br />We show this change on Sheet A2.5, Vehicle Maintenance Building Floor Plans. <br />Z�4 <br />
