The project <br />rendering has been removed. <br />Occupancy <br />1. Previous comment Floor area should be shown on the code analysis per (loor, separately for each <br />building. The occupancy calculations should also be shown per floor, separately tor each building, <br />per IBC tables 503 and 1004.1.1 <br />a. An example of a chart summarizing occupancy and (loor area, per floor, was sent by e-ma�l <br />on 4124. <br />Response: Shee[ T1.1 includes charts of /loor areas and occupancy ca/culations by lloor, <br />per the example chart sent to ARC. <br />Previous comment: Please indicate a posted occupancy sign on the drewings for the Commu�ity <br />Room. The posted occupancy sign should be for the highest load anticipated for either an <br />assembly use (if less lhan 49) or an assembly occupancy (if greater than 49), per IBC tabie <br />1004 1 1. <br />a. 'fhe posted occupancy sign for the Commumty Room requires calcutations on the drawings, <br />re(erencing the occupant load for the funcGon of the space, per IBC table 1004.1.1, and the <br />posted occupancy sign referenced to the plans. <br />Response: Sheet T1.1, identifies each room's square /ootage, the occupant /actor per IBC <br />1004.1.1, and calculates each room's occupant load. The occupant load (or the <br />Community Room is 31, making this an 'assembly use.' <br />Sheet A2.0 has been revised to re/erence and locate the posted occupancy sign o/ the <br />Communify Room on the plan. Sheet A2.1 has been revised to re%rence and locate the <br />posted occupancy sign of the Con(erence Room. Sheet Af.O relerences and locates the <br />posted occupancy sign o/ the Shared Patio. <br />b. 7he occupant load of 100, shown on detail 1IA9 1, exceeds the highest capacity for standing <br />room only at 5 sf per occupant net for the area of Ihe Communiry Room, per IBC table <br />1004 1 1 <br />Response: The "100" on 1/A9.1 was meant as an example. To avoid confusion the '100' <br />has been changed to "XXX." <br />The re%rence to T1.f is a link to the occupant load lor each assembly space. The <br />occupan[ load of the Community Room is 31, based on 15s//occupant (un-concentrated, <br />tables and chairs) per Table 1004.1.1 and an area of 462 s/. <br />i. The plans for ihe Community Room should have additional dimensions to locate the <br />walls perpendicular to column lines 10-12. <br />Response: A2.0 has been revised to include requested dimensions. <br />
