Fencing on norih and soutli property lincs �vill be constructed of wood and must stop at <br /> least 5 fcet short of thc front f:�ce of thc west duplex. <br /> 3. Hardiplank siding must havc a mxximum of 5-I/2"exposure attd continue all the way <br /> to thc ground. <br /> 4. Dctail drawings of thc porch railings retlecting the discussion of the Historical <br /> Commission on Pebruary 15, 2006, shall be provided to Historical Comrr�ission staff <br /> for revicw and approvul. <br /> 5.
