Provide new header size species and grade for l6' over head door. 3. The detail of the garage wall shows an 8' wide, door, 82 5/8" tall, but there is no 8' door on any other plan or section view. One section view shows a 9' height from the grade to top plate, another section view shows 8' from slab to top plate. 4. The center support beam is called out as two different sizes on different sheets. Specify site species and grade of beam. 5. Provide detail showing post/beam connection and post/footing connection. Provide positive connection capable or resisting uplift and lateral displacement. 6. Provide continuous rim joist. Show on typical section. 7. Foundations supporting wood are required t� extend min. 6" above the adjacent finished grade and min. 12" below the finished grade. Show on plans.
