Provide height calculations per enclosed instructions. Revise plans as needed to comply with height restrictions. 2. Show minimum 6" wood to earth clearance on section view elevations. 3. Provide moisture barrier on walls and roof. 4. Anchor bolts are required to be embedded a minimum of 7" into the concrete. A minimum of two anchor bolts are required in each piece of sill. Anchor bolts shall be placed at not more than 12" from each end of each sill and not more than 48" o.c. � 5. Provide alternate braced wall panel (per Section 2320 U.B.C.) on the right side of the overhead door. Specify hold down with minimum 1800-pound capacity. Show on plans. 6. Downspouts are required to be tight lined to sanitary sewer. Show on site plan. 7. Provide solid blocking at top plate,capable of resisting overturning and capable of transfening roof loads into exterior walls. 8. Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 12" below the finished grade.
