� •� , WHEREAS, on March 1G, 2005, Everett City Council concurred�vith the recommendation of the Historical Commission with conditions (a)thra�gh(e) abo��e; and WHEREAS, on July 2Q 2005„ Everett City Council approved changes to the Compreliensive Plan Land Use map and rezones to allow expansion of PEMC inro Block 2d8 of the Donovan District by Ordinance No. 2850-05,which includes Development Standards and Guidelines; and WHEREAS, the Everett Municipal Code statcs in Section 2.9G.060C(3) that the decision concerning the granting or denial of a certificate of appropriateness shall be made by the mayor (or designee) on the advice of the commission accordin� to the standards established in the commission's rules; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has designated the City's Building Official to render the decision in this matter; NOW, THERGFORE, tl�c Building OfSciaf approves a Ceriificate of Appropriateness to re-constn�ct, alter, restore, remodel, repair, or move the house located at 1312 Oakes Avenue, with the following conditions: (a) PEMC shall bc required to comply with lhe recommcndalions, conditions and standards dclailed in City Coimcil Ordinancc No. 2850-OS and exhibils thcrcto, all of which are iucorporated hercin by rcferencc.
