Box 509 •"°' <br /> Everett, Washinqton 98206 '"""TONO""""""' <br /> This will certify an inspection of the structure located <br /> at 1511 Oaks, Everett, Washington, was made by the Houaing <br /> Conaervation Division of the City of Everett, Washington, <br /> and the buildinq meets the minimuri requirements of the <br /> Uniform Housing Code, 1979 Edition. <br /> According to Sec. 503 (a) of the 1979 Uniform Housing Code: <br /> "Habitable apace shall have a ceiling height c+f not less <br /> than 7 feet 6 inches. If a room in a building has a <br /> sloping ceiling, the prescribed ceiling height for the room <br /> is required in only half the area thereof. " Therefore, <br /> the second floor of this house does not meet the prescribed <br /> requirements for habitable space and car.not be used as <br /> bedrooms. <br /> This inspection was made of the building as it now exists, <br /> therefore, this certification does not imply that the <br /> building will meet the requirements for new construction <br /> which are covered by Building, Plumbing and Electrical Codes. <br /> Any enlargement, improvement, alteration or repair of the <br /> building may require compliance with these more restrictive <br /> ccdes. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> Kenneth W.
