A reconsideration request was granted to Mental Health = y <br /> m <br /> Services and denied to Peebles, Brown amd Garner on Dacembar 7, 1985. Council voted to: �N <br /> K <br /> ' deny the appeal and accept the Hearing Examiner's decision as approved on T n <br /> � � <br /> -i m <br /> ! Eight individuals may reside at the twc aidences on site. The <br /> applicant shall have discretion as to the nuw_;.r of individuals in each <br /> residence on site. <br /> ' 2. The dwellings must be kept as single faaily a�d they must be kept in a. <br /> manner that is consistent with the neighborhood in witich they are <br /> located. <br /> 3, The use of the property will bP a residential single family use. The <br /> Applicant may not convey the property to others for multiple facaily <br /> uses of any sort. If upon sale by the Applicant to another individual , <br /> the allowed uses for a R-2, Single Family Low Density Residential Zone <br /> apply to the property. <br />
