Therefore, as provided for by Section 104 (]�) of . <br /> the Building Code, the said building shall be made to conform <br /> to the requirements of the code for new buildings. � <br /> The inspection of the building revealed that the building was . <br /> deficient in many areas. The following corrections shall be <br /> complied with as a condition to the issuance of a IIuilding <br /> Permit. <br /> 1. General � <br /> la. All the provisions of the building code for <br /> S. type V-N (frame) 'Group I (single family <br /> dwellings) buildings shall be complied with. <br /> This encludes, but is not limited to the <br /> following: ' <br /> lal. Level all floors.' <br /> 1a2. Construct solid concrete or masonry <br /> foundatiobs as set forth is Chapter 29. <br /> 1a3. Provide under floor ventilation in • <br /> compliance with Section 2517 (c) 6. <br /> 1a4 . Remove and replace all deteriorated <br /> wood. • <br /> 1a5. Remove and replace all wood �in contact <br /> with concrete and masonry with approved <br /> pressure treated wood or foundation <br /> grade cedar. ' <br /> 1a6.
