A <br /> review of our files indicates that a permit was not issued for the <br /> construction. In accordance with Sec. 301 of the Uniform Housing Code, <br /> it is unlawful to construct, enlarge or alter a structure without obtain- <br /> ing a permit to do so. <br /> Although the addition has been completed, it is still necessary for you <br /> to comply with all applicable codes enforced by the City of Everett. <br /> Therefore, application for a building permit is still required in this <br /> instance. <br /> Please come into the office and make application for a permit within <br /> ten (10) days of the mailing of this letter.
