Iloiaever , there is a <br /> six foot wall from gi•ade level along tlie �aalk on the <br /> north side of the structure . <br /> The 1J31}CWay is 23 inclies above grade level . I feel it is <br /> necessary to liave a guardrail or fence along the �aalkway <br /> for safety reasons . Tl-,e wall which is at grade level <br /> would constittite a fence and is anyiahere from 70 inches <br /> to 72 inches in height, That would makc it 47 inches to <br /> 49 inches from the level of the walkway up. The door frame <br /> an�l cloor to the tiaalkway is still intact. I don ' t know what <br /> y�ur feelings on this would be . I clon' t see any problem <br /> iaitli the door but if interpretation of the Board ' s Order �aas <br /> to remove the frame and door , I �vot�ld like to suggest cutting <br /> it dotian to l�vel with the fence and calling it a gate . <br /> I shall await your response. <br /> � — <br /> � —'�' - _ � <br />
