(Everett Cit Code) 10.12.010 and 10.52.190. °"°" ` ,°"`� y Ciiy ano.ne� E.C.C. 10.12.010 provides the following : "No person being the owner, agent or occupant of any lot or premises, shall cause, suffer or permit such premises, or any excavations, buildings, vessels, vehicles, sewers, privy, privy vaults, cesspool , sinks, drainpipes, or other things thereon to become unclean, foul, nauseous, offensive, dangerous or detrimental to health. " and E.C.C. 10. 52.140 provides the following: "It shall be the duty of every owner or occupant of premises in said City to have the same cleaned of all garbage, refuse and other material whenever deemed necessary I by the health officer. " Our records indicate you have received a Health Officer's Order dated February 21, 1973, regarding the sewage under your house. Although you have contacted the Snohomish Nealth District regarding this situation, the Snohomish Health District indicated that you have not complied with the Health Officer's Order. Our office will expect you to comply with the above provisions of the Everett City Code. If you do not correct this condition and contact the Snohomish Health District by March 26, 1973, I will assume that you desire our office to proceed on a more formal basis regarding this matter. .Yours very truly, ALLEN J.
