. ( � 1. The Respondent shall properly secure the structures from unlawful entry in compliance with the International Property Maintenance Code, Appendix A. This shalf be completed by June 23, 2011. 2. The Respondent shali apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits to bring the property into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code. This must be com�,leted and inspected and approved, by the City's Building Division, by December i6, 2011. 3. The Respondents are fined a total of$2,000.00 for violations as identified in the conciusions. The fine is payabie to the Everett City Clerk's Office, located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite#100, Everett,WA 98201, no later than July 1, 2011. 4. The Respondents shall not viola!e any ordinance set forth in EMC 1.20.020 or any ordinance or regulation that ident�es the enforcement procedure described in Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations or ordinance, for the next twenty-four(24) months. 5. This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral Orders issued at the Public Hearing. 6. If the Respondents fails to abate the identified violations as directed by this Order, the City of Everett is authorized to undertake and complete the abatement in conformance with the provisions of the Eve�ett Municipal Code, Chapter 1.20, at the full expense of the owner and the City may act without further order or direction of the Violations Hearing Examiner. 7. Any appea' of this Order must be filed in Superior Court and be made within twenty- one aays of the issuance of this Order and comply e�ith the procedures set forth in Chapter 36.70C of the Revised Code of Washington.
