The <br /> residence is currently rented. <br /> We propose to continue renting the existing residence during the <br /> construction of the proposed residence. The proposed residence <br /> will be constructed in compliance with current setbacks and zoning <br /> and building codes. <br /> After completing construction of the proposed residence, will you <br /> issue a "Certificate of Occupancy" contingent upon demolition of <br /> the existing residence? <br /> Enclosed is the proposed site plan with legal description to help <br /> you understand our proposal. <br /> We also had a conversation with Steve Engelsby at the PLANNING <br /> DEPARTMENT concerning our proposal.
