According to Snohomish County Assessor's records, the <br /> above structures were constructed prior to 1956. <br /> The garage/accessory building does not meot the required five-foot (5') interior side <br /> setback from the southem property line. The single-family residence does not meet the <br /> required five-foot(5') interior side setback from the northem property line. It also fails to <br /> meet the minimum front set6ack of twenty feet(20'). <br /> The lot also fails to meet minimum lot dimensions as established by the zoning code. <br /> Although the lot has not been fortnally certified as legal non-confortning, the issue has <br /> been addressed in this review. <br /> Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the property owner, for fnformation regarding <br /> specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br /> recognized as legal non-confortning and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br /> at the time of construction.
