Although <br /> Plumbing and Mechanical work has received final appmval, we have no record of Final Building <br /> inspection. The last building inspection was for drywall nailing. The Uniform Building Code <br /> provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br /> abandoned at any time afrer work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent <br /> the permit &om expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred,to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspection if the work is coinpleted, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 1 SO day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our P.ecords Department <br /> for microfilming without final approval.
