Due to the nature of the concerns, you are <br /> requested to replace the portion of your sidevaalk that is in need of repair along your propert/ <br /> fronts at 2402 Oakes Ave to comply with Everett Municipal Code 13.08.010 (copy attached). <br /> The City arrently has a sidewalk repair, replacement maintenance progrem that allows the City <br /> to share the cost of this replacement with you. We offer this shared program to you, where the <br /> property owner pays the material costs and the City supplies the labor and equipment to <br /> comp�ete the repairs. <br /> Please make arrangements to have this work done within 60 days from the date of this letter by <br /> contacting the City's Pubiic Works Department Street Work Group or a local vendor.
