Hazardous sidewalk areas will be removed and replaced (including curbs, if required) under this contract. Other sidewalk and curb areas which need re- placement will be fixed as money becomes available. 2, Storm drainage from the tennis courts will be directed into a gravel-filled "trench drain" along the east side of the Tennis court. Please refer to supple- mentary Drawing SD-* dated August b, 1981, for details. � In response to the othersubjects included in your letter dated July 24, 1981, we submit the following: 1. Valves and sprinklers provided under this contract and located on street right- of-way become the property of the city and therefore are not "privately owned devices:'. 2. No new water services are required. 3. The existing 2" meter on the west side of Oakes approximately 64 ft. south of the south line of 25th Street will serve 2 drinking fountains on the Lincoln site. This is shown on Sheet L-2. 4. A vacuum breaker will be added to separate the drinking fountain from the irrigation system. Please refer to Drawing SD-1 to see other changes in piping. 5. The note suggested in your letter has been added to Sheet SD-l. We trust the above will satisfy the corrections requested in your letter. If not, please advise us immediately so that we may make any other changes as quickly as possible.
