� riWi' <br /> �. <br /> HOUSING CODE INSPECTION REPOhT <br /> f L��b v <br /> FROM: MARIAN DENT, CITY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPE�TOR <br /> DATE: JUNE 15, 1995 <br /> SUBJ: 2619 OAKFS AVE., Bldg 1 & 2, EVERETT, WA. <br /> , Upon receiving a complaint regarding these buildings being open and being used by <br /> sueet people, an inspection was conducted with two EPD Officers present. At the onset <br /> of the inspecdon, the Officers removed an eighteen year old transient from building no. <br /> 1. The following deficiencies were noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Codes and <br /> the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br /> BUILDING NO. 1: <br /> 1. The exterior premises are overgmwn with vegitation. <br /> 2. Windows are broken. <br /> 3. Graffiti covers almost every wall of the house. <br /> 4. Plumbing pipes have been destroyed. <br /> 5. The fireplace wall and chimney show signs of deterioration and should <br /> be cleaned and inspected priorto being used. <br /> 6. Ashes fmm the fireplace are being placed in plastic containers and paper <br /> boxes. <br /> 7. The roof of the house is rotted. <br /> 8. Bathtub phunbing fixtures require replacing to meet present day code <br /> requirements. <br /> 9. There is general dilapidation and lack of maintenance of the building. " <br />
