The City of Everett Building Inspection Division received a complaint regarding the conditions of the buildings situated on the above described property. An inspection of the buildings was conducted and the inspection revealed several deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the health, safery, and welfare of the occupants/public as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. and the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangemus Buildings. These conditions are sufficient to declare the buildings to be substandard an/or dangerous. A copy of the inspection report is enclosed. The buildings have been posted "Illegal to Occupy". Since the buildings are uninhabitable in their present condition, they shall be kept secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as they are repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished.
