Bates <br /> 532 Hawthorn St. <br /> Everett, WA 98201 <br /> RE: 2619 Oakes Ave., Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Dear Mr. Bates: <br /> Accroding to Snohomish County Records, you are the owner of the following legally- <br /> described property: <br /> Plat of Everett, Block 609, Lots 10 & 11 <br /> Commonly Irnown as: 2619 Oakes Ave., Everett, WA. <br /> The City of Everett Building Inspection Division received a complaint regarding the <br /> conditions of the buildings situated on the above described property. <br /> An inspection of the buildings was conducted and the inspection revealed several <br /> deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the health, safery, and welfare of the <br /> occupants/public as defined in the Uniform Housing Code. and the Uniform Code for <br /> the Abatement of Dangemus Buildings. These conditions are sufficient to declare the <br /> buildings to be substandard an/or dangerous. A copy of the inspection report is <br /> enclosed. <br /> The buildings have been posted "Illegal to Occupy". Since the buildings are <br /> uninhabitable in their present condition, they shall be kept secured from unauthorized <br /> entry and remain vacant until such time as they are repaired in accordance with the <br /> current Building Code or demolished. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditions. Pleasc contact this <br /> office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of action to <br /> accomplish this.
