The intent of the ordinance is to help protect lhe do�vntown streetscape and encourage economic development in one of the City's importanc retail and business centers. This ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes effective September 1, 2009.
