At the time of inspection, the construcuon af the food service establishment must be <br /> complete and all equipment must Ue in place and in proper operating condition. Incomplete construction <br /> or equipment operation may result in a 5160.00 remspecuon fee. Requests for a preoperationnl <br /> inspection must be received at least one week in advance of the date beiog requested for the <br /> inspection. Contact the Food Program office a minimum of one week in advance to schedule an <br /> appointment for the preoperational inspection.
