The referenced properties were acquired <br /> I through a foreclosure proceeding which was finally concluded <br /> �� on December 28, 1992. About a month later we got your <br /> notices. <br /> i �L , After receipt of your notices we obtained demolition <br /> �p gernits and began solicicing bids for the demol.ition. The <br /> process has been more difficult then originally anticipated <br /> due to the existence of a small amount of asbestos. Some <br /> companies do demolition, some do asbestos removal, but very <br /> �� few do both, and this has created some delay in getting <br /> bids. <br /> In addition, the demolition will be expensive <br /> �. particularly when added on top of the existing delinquent <br /> real estate tax bill. <br /> As a result of the foreqoing we find ourselves having <br /> difficulty meeting the time frames set forth in your <br /> notices.
