As asbestos and lead paint surveys are non-comprehensive by nature, The Knebel <br /> Company, Inc. cannot be held liable 1'or materials which require destructive means to <br /> access, materials which are hidden from sight (e.g. materials hidden behind �vallsl, <br /> matcrials which cannot bc found duc to thcir obscurc nature, or which othcnvisc cunnot <br /> be discovered �vith reasonable diligence. <br /> 'i'he building was owupied during this inspe:ction.
