This <br /> ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br /> an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. <br /> The ordinance became effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is <br /> enclosed with this letter.
