CONCLUSIONS 1 From the foregoino Findings of Fact� the Board makes the following 2 conclusiona� to-wit: 3 I. 4 That said buildin� and appurtenances described in Paragraph 1 5 of the Findinge oi Fact constitute a danberous buildino within the definitiona 6 of Ordinance No. 3941� City of Everett� which building exiata in euch con- 7 . dition that it ahould be demolished. 8 II. � That said building is so deteriorated and in euch a poor atate of 10 repair due to euch deterioration and use by itb occupante as to provide a 11 facility which ia inadequate to protect the health� morals� safety and general 12 welfare of human beings vho may live therein and tu provide a hazard to the 13 ' health and safety and livee of other citizens of the City of Everett� the 14 beneral public, and in particular to the immediate aurround property on the 15 north and south thereof. 16 17 NOW, TH6REFORE, the underaigned Board hereby entere the folla+iny 18 ' ordez� to-wit: 1�1 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the building described as 3012 Oakes 20 Avenue, together with the appurtenant buildin� and structures attached there- 21 , to, be demolished and removed from the land upon which said building is so 22 eituated� and that eaid demolition be carried nut forthwi.th in auch manner 23 8e to remove all debri� accumulations and material conecituting said building 24 fram the premisea and to cover up wi[h earth or other appropriate material 2� ', auy hole or basemant excavation Left as a result of such removal; provided 2� further� that said building be immediately vacated by all occupants and auch 27 building to remain vacated permanently and not again to be occupied. 2S 2�J -3- 30 31 32
