Those lots are presently used for parking <br /> by staff of this office. <br /> If in the future you should need additional parking at any <br /> time off your property, you are authorized to use two parking <br /> spaces on our lots. <br /> The property, of course, is presently for sale and, if it <br /> is sold or if for any other reason we deem it inconvenient, you <br /> must specifically understand that this permission to park upon <br /> our lots is cancellable at any time without cause and without <br /> reason.
