W"`"�""'� <br /> ..:o� <br /> 1704 196th Place S.W. ��..«r�e� D[�I�11TM[MT <br /> Lynnwood, Washington 98036 <br /> Reference: 3216 Oakes <br /> Aome Care Znc. <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> This letter is in response to your phone conversation with <br /> Inspector pougherty, of April 15 , 1975, in regards to the <br /> above referenced building. <br /> A complete list of deficiencies were not prepared as it was <br /> felt some of the deficiencies would be automatically corrected <br /> by the r.ontractor, while making the listed corrections. <br /> The fi�cst item noti.ced was that the service panel was over- <br /> fuse� on all branch circuits. It is apparent that the house <br /> is presently inadequately wired, for modern appliances, and <br /> uses, so that if the wire is properly fused it will not <br /> accomodate the demand. There was also found to be one fifteen <br /> amp conductor fused at sixty amps, open exposed wiring over <br /> the laundry tray, and ungrounded light fixtures over the sink. <br /> Thez+ealso, appears to be no utility circuits nor a sufficient <br /> number of receptacles provided. <br /> An entire new servi�e is required which would move the meter <br /> outside of the dwel `�g as required by code, new utility <br /> circuits shall be provided which will eleminate the wiring <br /> mess over the laundry and addtional receptacles throughout <br /> the house to insure against use of extensions cords. <br /> The above items will not bring this dwelling up to the letter <br /> of the code but will assure a reasonably safe wiring system. <br /> Yo rs t y <br /> ��S-.1_ <br /> Jamie G.
