I took a photo�. <br /> At 1610hrs after Ieaving a telcphone message wuh Demarie \Verth at 425-327-6613 (abtained <br /> number from LRI) requcsting that she call me back regarding the contamination of asbestos matenal <br /> on the ground at 3216 Oakcs Avc SL, Everett, I receivcd a call back Eom WeRh. I identified myself <br /> as a Supcn•ising lnspcctor with the Pugct Sound Clcan Air Agency, a regulatory agency responsible <br /> Cor enforcement of the asbestos control standard. [shared with Werth the results of n��o samples I <br /> collected ycsterday at 321 G Oakes of the cement board siding on thc bTound which both testcd <br /> positi�c for asbestos. �Vcrth asked what she nceded to do to comply with the regulations.
