Gill stated no but Chris McCourt who was also at the door said he had <br /> participated in thc removal. I asked if I could interview McCourt. McCourt responded yes. After about Is'hour of«�ark, McCourt asked <br /> Carpenter for a dust mask because it was dusn�. Carpenter did not provide any dust masks or eye <br /> goggles. i�lcCourt asked Carpenter if he could be given money ro go buy a dust mask at a local <br /> store. Carpcnter said no. <br /> . Defore McCoun stated�aork on the project, he asked Carpenter if therc was any asbestos. <br /> Car{xntcr respondcd hc was not sure. <br /> . \IcCourt used a spud bar�nd pulled the CAB off dry using no water usine a G lt ladder. The spud <br /> bar endcd up brcaking. No barricr tape �cas in place. CA13 droppcd to the ground. llie CAB was <br /> remoced all in one day.The removal oC CAD was cumplete around 4pm. McCourt spent the next d <br /> hrs pickine up thc remo��ed CAF3 around the stnicture and placing it in garbage cans inside the <br /> structuro. blcCourt then empticd the cans into a tlatbed truck backed up against the back of the <br /> structure wfiere the Uack porch had once stood.
