Everett City Ordinance 1902-92 requires occupancy rype R-1 building over 6,000 <br /> sq. ft. to be provided with fire suppression and detection syste„�s. <br /> 2. The rypical floor construction indicates 2'h" of lightweight concrete. The resulting <br /> dead load has not been addressed in the structu;al design. <br /> 3. One-hour tloor/ceiling assemblies should be indicated at floors between units. <br /> One-hour construction should also be indicated at all walls and posts which support <br /> the occupancy separation between the garage and the first floor. <br /> 4.
