The grounds were overt-rown with grass, brush, and blackberry_ <br />vines and unkept with paper, boxes, and other trash Including <br />broken window panes. <br />2. The interior of' the building was completely littered with <br />pieces of wood, cloth, paper, and other trash including <br />1. DownsDouts. wuiters. flashing and front porch roof were missing <br />or in di1npj-datjaA cond-i-t-A-m- <br />Portions of the interior wall sheeting was missing in many <br />r o oms . <br />5. Floor boards In upstair apartment and hall were buckled. <br />6. Walls and Ceilings in all a artments were extensively damazed <br />I and in many rooms portions of ceiling and wqll sheeting was <br />7. Plumbing pines and f I the -m-Iss Ing <br />or in extremely r1liapidated condition. No toilets remained In <br />structure. No wash basins were In the structure. No Faucets <br />remained. Bathtubs were either.torn out of their place or In <br />d-1-1-ay)-ldated condition. <br />8. All doors were In a dilapidated condition. No door knobs <br />remaine-d. <br />9. All window panes were broken out thrcughotLt the eqt_ire_ <br />structure. Fragments of glass remained In many sashes. <br />t9ome window frames contained no sash. <br />—10. Basement exterior fu-el storage doors were misplaced exoosing <br />vertical drop of approximately ? feet from the yard Into the <br />basement. <br />
