ADDENDUM <br />NON -CONFORMING BUILDING <br />CERTIFICATION #3-98 <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR DETERMINATION <br />DESCRIPTION OF ORIGINAL PROPOSAL: The proposed action is the issuance of a Planning <br />Directors Determination to certify the non -conforming side setback for the existing house located <br />at 3415 Oakes Avenue. <br />ADDENDUM: The previous Planning Directors Determination did not address other non - <br />conformities which exist on site. A new site plan has been submitted to the Planning <br />Department for review which demonstrates that other non -conforming setbacks exist on site, <br />than had been previously reviewed. <br />PROPONENT: Shawn $ Kandra Nasin <br />3415 Oakes Avenue <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />PROJECT LOCATION: 3415 Oakes Avenue <br />Addendum: <br />Paragraph two of the Planning Directors Determination, which reads, <br />The residence has a non -conforming setback of only 3 feet from the south <br />side property line. All other setbacks for the structure meet code <br />requirements. <br />....is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The single-family residence does not meet the required twenty -foot (20') front <br />setback from the western property line. It also fails to meet the five-foot (5') interior <br />side, setback from the southern property line. It appears the residence is only <br />approximz•ely eight feet (8') off of the west property line and three feet (3') off of <br />the south property line.
