March 18, 1996 <br />Vicki Speck <br />3420 Oakes Ave. <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />SUBJECT: Extension of Permits C48612 and E48599 for work at <br />3420 Oakes Ave. <br />Dear Ms. Speck: <br />In response to the request received from Amisson Electric <br />(copy enclosed), we are granting a 180 day extension for the <br />above referenced permits. They will remain valid until <br />September 18, 1996. The permits may be maintained in an <br />active status beyond that time by requesting inspection at <br />least once each 180 days to document progress. If work <br />ceases for more than 180 days, the permits will expire; the <br />Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be <br />extended more than once.
