c <br />8. Landscape boxes have been placed on the site plan in the open space, sheet Al, <br />revision 22. <br />ACCESSIBLITY <br />1. An accessible route has been shown on sheet A2, revision 23&6. <br />2. The central bathroom in each unit on the first floor, sheet A2, has been modified to meet <br />the accessibility requirements per section 1103.1.8.2 as required by the City of Everett. <br />a. A rectangular dashed box was added to the plans to show the 30" x 48" <br />maneuvering space, sheet A2. <br />b. See reply in 2a above. The position of the box meets the minimum clear space <br />required. <br />c. Blocking has been labeled on interior elevations, sheet A3, revision Z. The <br />elevations have also been modified to the new bathroom design. <br />d. Please see interior elevations, sheet A3, revision 21, elevation 2, for the location <br />of blocking necessary to meet the requirements of installation of 42" side grab <br />bar. <br />e. See floor plans on sheet A2. Please note new dimension labeling for the toilet <br />location. <br />3.
