OWA <br />POINT 4. I do not consider the granting of this variance request a special <br />privilege. I feel that any of the other home owners on this block should <br />have the same right to use their exsisting building lines to their <br />advantage. Nor, can I think of any conditions that should be imposed upon <br />me. <br />
