Gutters and roof overhang have been repaired. <br />2. Dry rot has been removed from back porch area. <br />3. Handrail exists on second floor. <br />4. Combustibles have been removed from heating vent <br />pipes. <br />5. Chimney has been repaired. <br />6. More electrical outlets have been installed. <br />7. Combustibles have been removed from gas vent in <br />laundry room. <br />8. There are no combustibles being stored in laundry <br />building. <br />9. Laundry room roof has been repaired. <br />10. Item #7 on original. report (rear walkway cover <br />deteriorated). You stated that you and the buyer <br />made an agreement that the buyer would abate this <br />situation. <br />
