WA/NINDToN <br />0411401 <br />IN,P,CTION D,rARTNIINT <br />This will certify that an inspection of the structure located at <br />3506 Oaks, Everett, Washington, was made by the Housing Inspector <br />and Electrical Inspector of the City of Everett, and the following <br />defects were corrected and the building meets the Uniform Housing <br />Code, 1976 Edition: <br />1. The pest control inspection report has been complied <br />with in regard to the dry rot within the foundation. <br />2. A handrail/guardrail has been installed on front steps. <br />3. Rear steps have been repaired. <br />4. The electrical inspector checked out the electrical circuits <br />and they are properly working and are all properly protected. <br />5. Electrical panels have been raised for accessibility. <br />6. More electrical outlets have been installed. <br />This inspection was made of the building as it now exists, therefore, <br />this certification does not imply that the building will meet the <br />requirements for new construction which are covered by Building, <br />Plumbing, and Electrical Codes.
