Service Panel inadequate. <br />2. Kitchen and dining area two grounded utility circuits needed. <br />3. Additional outlets needed in kitchen area. <br />4. Bathroom grounded outlet needed. Light to be grounded also. <br />5. Washing machine to be on separate circuit. <br />6. Hot water tank to be on #10 wire. <br />7. All wiring to comply with NEC 410-95 (grounding). <br />Miscellaneous: <br />1. Second floor ceiling too Low to be used as habitable room. <br />2.
