Plumbers may turn on water• for the purpose of testing their. pipes, but they must leave it shut off ;u the (ionnpany's service - cock, and in no case turn on the water for consumers. The water will not be turned oil to ;in * i ny premises until the statement herein required has been furitished to the Company and the inspector shall certify that the work has been done in accordance with its rules and regulations.
