Stairs #2 does not meet U.B.C. Section 3305(c). <br />3. Electrical service panel is inadequate. <br />4. Basement water closet and shower not vented. <br />5. Lead bend on upper water closet leaking. <br />6. Lead waste on lav connected to closet bend. <br />7. Cross connection on water supply to furnace humidifier. <br />8. Dishwasher improperly plumbed. <br />9. 1" water service to building and branch lines are <br />undersized to fixtures. <br />10.
