All work shall be carried out in <br />accordance with the attached permit. <br />everett <br />�e <br />Please note that the existing concrete sidewalk fronting your proposed <br />driveway must he removed and replaced with 6" concrete driveway slab <br />at same elevation as existing sidewalk. <br />Also, enclosed is a copy of the City riles and regulations governing <br />work within the public rights -of -way. Pleas* call the Engineorinq <br />Department Reaord section (259-8811) prior to starting this work so <br />that an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of <br />issue.
