I understand you are the owner and hired <br />an electrician to renaw ihe burned out panel. <br />The installrtion is in violation to the National Electrical Code <br />�nd cannot be accepted. No alectrica! permit was {aken f'or {he <br />work as recuired by Section 9� Ci{y of E�erett Urdinance #4118. <br />The work wns energized before approval and no inspection was <br />called for ee required by Section 11� City of Evereti �rdinance <br />i1�4118. I{ wRs also noted other vriring has bee� done recently <br />which has no{ been inspected and is in violation to the code. <br />Becauaeof our past deAlings h�ith you on other properiies� we know <br />you are fsmiliar with {he code and I2V.'6 nnd we will not ertand <br />any leniency in asking that {he above correctiuns be made. <br />Section 17 of �rdinance ir`4116 requires that you be givan a 10-day <br />written notice to msko corrections.
