These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Plamm�g or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Umform <br />Build�ng Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code <br />1995 Edition, urdess stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide tha Building Div�sion with fwo copies of revisions reflecting necessary <br />corrections. <br />2. <br />4. <br />The plans as submitted do no[ meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing. <br />Spacing of braceci wall lines shall not exceed 34 feet (10,363mm) on center in both the <br />longitudmal and transverse directions in each story.
