W/.SMiNG10N <br />9820� <br />IT061159-BB00 <br />Staff at the City of Everett have determined that your side <br />service and the public sewer system in front of your <br />property have been blocked by root infiltration on a number <br />of occasions. The trees planted along your property line <br />are the cause of this root infiltration problem (see <br />attachment). The City of Everett maintains and operates the <br />Public sewer system. Root infiltration violates the City's <br />municipal code, will impede the operat.ion and maintenance of <br />the public sewer system and must be eliminated. The City <br />requests that you remove said trees within 30 days from the <br />above date or the removal will be done by the �ity at your <br />expense.
