They have reminded me that the customer will be charged <br />with any transformer burn up if I have not notified them of a <br />load change which would have caused the problem. <br />Our records do not show where you have ever taken a permit nor <br />called for an inspection. The law requires that a permit and <br />inspection are needed if you have made a change and there is <br />no way I could clear this to the P.U.D. without meeting these <br />conditions. <br />Would you please give this your immediate attention so that we <br />might resove this problem? <br />Sincerely <br />L.
