Please see <br />the euclosed inspection sctiviry report. The Intemational Building Code and the Intemationai <br />Residential Code state thal all pertnits expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended <br />or abandoned for a period of ] 80 days after the work is commenced. Work under this permit <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonslrale continuing progress by requesiing inspection of work that has occutred since <br />your lust inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause `or extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your pcnnit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new pertnit must be obtaincd.
