All work <br />shall be <br />carried out in accordance with the attached permit. <br />Also, enclosed is a copy of the city rules and regulations <br />governing work within the public rights• -of -way. Please call <br />the Department of Engineering and Public Services (259-8745) <br />prior to starting this work so that an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date <br />of issue.
