E395807 Cnsea DD75-�479 o;ro�;°�„E 01f2211517:36 <br />CL7:3�7Si1'l� <br />On t/22/15 at approximately 1736 hours, I responded to the 2200 block of Oklahoma Ave in Everett, <br />WA regarding a collision. <br />Upon my arrival, I saw vehicle 1(WA Lic i�AOT2384) already had both wheels over the sfdewalk and <br />into the yards of 2208 and 2212 Oklahoma Ave, straddling the properry line between the two. <br />Furthermore, the ftont end of vehicle 1 had run over over a City of Everett fire hydrant, causing it to <br />rupture and erupt with water. By the time of my arrival, the front yard of 2212 Oklahoma Ave (the <br />northwest corner of the property) had already sustained severe waterlogging damage. Damage to the <br />front yard of 2208 Olclahoma Ave (the northeast comer of the property) appeared to be cosmetic. <br />Driver of vehicle 1(Joshua Jackson) stated that he was driving from the 1400 block of McDougall Ave <br />and coming around the curve to the 2200 block of Oklahoma Ave when he "lost control" of his vehicle <br />and went over the curb as described above. <br />Tenant of 2208 Oklahoma Ave was identf6ed as Chasity Burpee. She identified the property owner as <br />Nena Baum, who lives at another location. Chasity did not witness the collision; she only heard a <br />crashing noise outside of her residence. <br />Tenant of 2212 Oklahoma Ave was identified as Cari Weber. He stated that the property was <br />managed by Windermere Property Management group.l checked the Snohomfsh County Assessor's <br />Office and found that 2212 nkiahoma Ave was owned by Teres� Wiley. Carl did not witness the <br />collision; he onty heard a crashing noise outside of his residence. <br />Vehicie 1 sustained heavy front end damage from going over the curb and striking the fire hydrant. <br />American Towing responded to ihe scene to tow the vehicle. <br />City of Everett Public Works personnel responded to. the scene and were abie to shut of the water <br />going to the fire hydrant and temporarily cap it before restoring water service to residents. Personnel <br />stated that a new fire hydrant would be installed the following day. <br />I issued case numbers to all involved parties. <br />PA�E 3 OF 6 <br />
