The <br />Intemational Building Code and tlie Internationul Residential Code state that all permits expire if <br />the work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the <br />work is wmmenced. �Vork under this permit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request Gnal inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request Cor a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extensien. <br />Please mspond within 10 days. Afier that timc your permit file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These reconls are <br />available to prospective buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the <br />future, a new permit must be obtained.
